In conjunction with our partner’s Add Energy Academy, we recently organized the F2F phase of M110 Course for NLNG staff at Sheraton Hotel Ikeja-Lagos from 21st to 25th November 2022. The M110 Course is a blended learning event with online delivering of assignments based on site investigations of maintenance practices coupled with instructor led face to face session. By design, the course is highly flexible and dynamic which is the unique feature of the delivery.
The face-to-face is a physical delivery by instructors at the client preferred location. The workshop is 5 days in duration and includes:
• Facilitator-led interactive learning sessions
• Group activities to build skills
• Candidate teach-back sessions
During the F2F, students are encouraged to discuss equipment and their own companies’ methods in comparison to best practice guidance.
For this session, the students returned a survey result of 90% for Overall Experience.
